Executive Women International Foundation (EWI Foundation)
The EWI Business/Career/Development Program (B/C/DP) began in 1974, originally co-sponsored by Sears to engage members in community projects and promote business careers among high school students. Over the years, the program evolved through various partnerships, including Lanier Business Products, and achieved 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 1986.
In 1990, the program was renamed the Executive Women International Scholarship Program (EWISP) and later expanded to support adult learners through the Adult Students in Scholastic Transition (ASIST) program. Both initiatives became part of the broader B/C/DP, which officially transitioned to the EWI Foundation in 2013 for clarity and broader representation.
Today, the EWI Foundation supports three key initiatives:

EWISP – for high school seniors

ASIST – for adult students in transition
-
International Literacy Program – including annual Reading Rally projects
All programs align with EWI’s mission to support education, literacy, and leadership development across its chapters and corporate body.

Registration is $40 for EWI Representatives, Honorary or Life Members, and Guests.
