Elizabeth is a senior executive with 20 years of business transformation
experience and is a leader in developing high performing teams and culture.
She is a trusted advisor on culture, change management, and digital and
business transformation across both public and private sectors. She advises a
diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 companies spanning a variety of industries
including professional services, insurance, consumer products, digital agencies,
telecommunications and power and utilities. An innovative leader with
extensive business experience, Elizabeth leverages her operational background
along with strategic partnerships to build operating models that deliver
stakeholder value and drive growth.

As the founder and Managing Partner of Valorem Advisors, Elizabeth advises Fortune
500 and mid-market companies. She partners with her clients to improve their
organization’s ability to efficiently deliver upon its strategic objectives by building
tighter connections and efficient operations through reimagined operating models. In
addition, Elizabeth partners with post M&A clients to realize value quicker, by
employing a humanist framework to the typical financial, operational, and
organizational perspectives. This ultimately leads to longer-term stability and more
sustainable growth.

As the Chief Transformation Officer at Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, a
$2.4+ billion revenue producer for the state of Virginia and a vital source of future
economic growth and innovation for the Commonwealth, Elizabeth created enterprise
value through building and leading digital market strategy, complex business and digital
transformations. She also set strategic direction for the Authority. Elizabeth managed
four divisions Strategy and Analytics, Program Management Office, Change
Management Office, and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As the first Chief
Transformation Officer at VA ABC, Elizabeth increased production sales by 53% in four
months to enable 31,431 cases to be shipped out daily out of the central distribution
warehouse to 400 stores across the Commonwealth. Under her leadership she increased
analysis and decision-making capabilities of the authority through the creation of
Listing/Delisting process for product optimization, revenue forecasting and data
management roadmap.

As Managing Partner of the Richmond office for Thought Logic consulting, a digital
consulting firm with offices in Atlanta, Charlotte and Washington, DC., Elizabeth
determined the growth strategy for this new consulting firm to include
capability development and workforce expansion. Under her leadership Elizabeth built a
team known for their strategy and analytical capabilities as well as change management
solutions. In addition to managing 5 of the 8 Fortune 500 accounts in Richmond,
Elizabeth also advised Virginia ABC in their digital transformation.

Previously, Elizabeth held multiple leadership roles at EY and Deloitte, Elizabeth
launched her career at Deloitte Consulting within their Strategy and Operations group
before moving to EY Advisory assisting the build out of their People and Organizational
Change practice. While at EY, Elizabeth created and led enterprise transformation and
organizational effectiveness teams to enhance overall business unit capabilities, talent
management and functional organizations, such as sales, finance, human resources,
data and analytics, and technology.
