Shamin owns and manages more than 39 properties (in three states), with more than 4564, rooms and over 70,000 square feet of meeting / banquet space. Our organization is recognized as the largest hotel management company in Central Virginia. In addition, Shamin Hotels is also the proud owner of an assisted living center (with a new dementia memory center opening in 2015), the Cultural Center of India (featuring festivals, weddings and more), and several properties in the works!
