Toni is the Richmond Region Visitor Center Manager for Richmond Region Tourism where she has been employed since August of 2003. After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, Toni has been actively involved in the tourism industry. She received her Tourism Marketing Professional certification in 2007, was a Richmond Folk Festival Team Leader for six years and served on the Board for the Greater Richmond Tourism Society.

Toni became the second firm representative for the EWI Richmond Chapter in 2011.  A native of New York, she has resided in Midlothian, Virginia for 19 years.
